Service Description

This Refresh is designed to leave your vehicle exterior smooth & protected, with a durable final stage protection which will last through the Winter months. We start out by thoroughly cleaning your wheels using a non acidic wheel cleaner, (or possibly an acidic one where required) to remove dirt, road film, brake dust deposits, and any road salt using a dedicated wheel bucket. These are then coated in a ceramic infused sealant repelling water and making them easier to clean. Vehicle is then pre-washed with a dedicated degreasing agent & snow foamed when required and left to dwell to break down road film and loosen grit adhered to the vehicle's surface. While the foam dwells, window rubbers, grills and gaps are cleaned with a soft detailing brush to remove any trapped dirt, algae and environmental fallout such as leaves and other debris. Once dwell is complete, rubbers, grills and gaps are rinsed with the pressure washer alongside the rest of the vehicle. We undertake a luxury shampoo using the dual bucket method to reduce the risk of swirls and scratches resulting from grit being worked back into the paintwork. This is done with a dedicated wash bucket using a slick micro-foaming shampoo to increase lubricity. A thorough decontamination then takes place to remove any remaining bug debris, tar spots & iron particles which become embedded in and adhered to the surface of the paint. The vehicle is prepped by removing any residues from shampoo, or decontamination phase using a safe alcohol based solution. The paint is then sealed with a premium long-term winter paste wax or ceramic infused sealant, offering up to 6-8 months durability to keep the vehicle protected for the coming months. Interior is then valeted, with an in-depth vacuuming process, cleaning and sanitising the interior plastic surfaces and dash, cleaning the cubby holes, cup holders etc, mats cleaned and dirt & spill protected, leather is cleaned (& conditioned where required), and glass is cleaned inside & out. Service takes around 6 hours to complete, however time may vary depending on the size and condition of vehicle.
